COLORCL use Post office standard and DHL express shipping.

If you order with standard, post office will not hand the package 1:1 and It may take longer if there is no direct flights between your country and Korea.

 

  1. Common Policy

 

COLORCL can only accept returns if the lenses are found to be factory defective. We cannot replace your lenses if you do not like the color or the parameters you have ordered are not suitable for your eyes.

Because of the product characteristics, we can not give you refund or exchange for the opened blister products.

COLORCL is not responsible for the problems by mis-ordering and mis-addressing.

When you ordering from our online store, you are confirming that you have consulted your Eye Care Specialist.

Claims due to misplaced, damaged and etc. must notify to COLORCL within 7 days of receipt of the package.

If the package return, COLORCL will let customer know about it and help you to handle it.

2. Exchange Policy

Defective products must be returned before replacement, and can be replaced only with the same model, color and prescription.

3. Return & Refund Policy

Refund will be only available in USD.

COLORCL is not responsible for any loss caused by currency fluctuations or exchange rates.

COLORCL do not give refund before the package return.

Even if COLORCL already been shipped the package, the refund will be made if following cases.

① If delivered items are different from the ordered items

② If delivered items are damaged or contaminated in manufacture process

(However, if the product is damaged due to user’s responsibility, we will exclude it)

 

After delivery, you can not return in the following cases:

① If the product is lost or damaged due to the user’s responsibility

(If standard shipping, post office often put the package in PO Box and COLORCL is not responsible for the lost and theft.)

② If the value of the product is reduced by the user’s wearing

③ If the value of the product decreases to such an extent that resale is difficult due to the passage of time

④ If customer did not contact COLORCL within 7 days of receipt

 

If a refund is accepted, the refund has the following restrictions:

① If paid with Credit Card, bank takes 3~7 working days to refund your payment even if COLORCL refund your payment in Pay Gate system

and customer need to check with the credit card company for more details

② If in case of refund due to the defect during manufacture, COLORCL will bear the return shipping cost

③ If in case of refund due to customer error like changing mind, customer need to pay the return shipping cost

– Refund due to product defect in manufacturer : COLORCL should pay the return shipping fee

– Refund due to invalid delivery : COLORCL should pay the return shipping fee

– Refund due to customer error : Customer should pay the return shipping fee

 

If in case of customer error and customer send the package with cash on delivery, COLORCL will exclude the shipping fee and refund.

COLORCL give customer free shipping service, express shipping free more than 90 USD.

And even if customer order with standard or express shipping free, customer need to follow above refund policy.

 


 

4. Shipping Policy

COLORCL offer 3 shipping method, Standard(post office), Express(post office) and DHL express.

  • Standard shipping(post office)

If standard shipping, post office do not hand the package person to person and put the package in customer’s PO Box.

If shipping by post office, COLORCL do not give accurate delivery date to customer. 

Please note that standard shipping could be quite slow in your country.

PICK UP DATE : Every working day at 5 pm

  • EMS Express shipping(post office)

If EMS express shipping, post office hand the package person to person.

If shipping by post office, COLORCL do not give accurate delivery date to customer. 

PICK UP DATE : Every working day at 5 pm

  • DHL Express shipping(DHL)

If DHL express shipping, post office hand the package person to person.

DHL express take 3~5 working days to deliver after ship out. (Please check below pick up date.)

DHL will send message to let you know the delivery date to your phone number that you wrote when order.

(In case of address and phone number is incorrect, COLORCL do not responsible for the delay.)

PICK UP DATE : Tuesday ~ Thursday at 1 pm / Friday at 4 pm

Please note that COLORCL take preparation time maximum 48 hours.

COLORCL is not responsible for package theft after delivery so customer need to track the package frequently.

If the package left Korea, COLORCL can not track the package in detail. So if customer want more information about the package, customer should call and ask to post office of their country.

For the delivery, the conditions for customs clearance and delivery is vary by country so COLORCL can not sure the delivery date.
