If via standard shipping, address change after ship out is impossible. If there is any change in the address, the customer may have to pay for the reshipping fee.
So, if there is any possibility that you can’t get the package, please order via DHL express. Address change is possible with DHL.

The color seen by the monitor may be different from the actual color. The color after wearing depends on the color of the person’s eyes. Even if the same dark brown eyes, colors may vary after wearing. If you agree with this, please check below checkbox.

1.Common Policy

COLORCL can only accept free exchange&returns if the lenses are found to be factory defective or mistake by COLORCL.
We cannot replace your lenses if you do not like the color or the parameters you have ordered are not suitable for your eyes.
Because of the product characteristics, we can not give you refund or exchange for the opened blister products.
COLORCL is not responsible for the problems by mis-ordering and mis-addressing.
When customer ordering from our online store, customers are confirming that you have consulted your Eye Care Specialist.
Claims due to misplaced, damaged and etc. must notify to COLORCL within 7 days of receipt of the package.
If the package return, COLORCL will let customer know about it and help to handle it.
Customs duties are charged to the customer upon arrival of the delivery.
COLORCL only accept USD. COLORCL is not responsible for any loss caused by currency fluctuations or exchange rates.

If customer use a shipping agency, COLORCL is not responsible for the loss of delivery.


2. Product issue

COLORCL is responsible for factory defective and will help you get replacement or a refund.
COLORCL will help customer to get replacement or refund for the factory defective product or mistake by COLORCL if customer contact via email.


3. Cancel & Refund

If before ship out, COLORCL can cancel and refund for your order.
But if after ship out, customer should send the package back to COLORCL to receive refund. COLORCL do not give exchange before the package return.
The contacts should not be opened the blister. And customer should bear the return shipping fee if it’s not because of the factory defective or mistake by COLORCL.
Refund take 3~7 working days (Paypal) and 7~14 working days (Credit card) usually after refund in COLORCL system.


4. Exchange&Return

COLORCL is responsible for factory defective and will help you get replacement or a refund.
However COLORCL can’t provide free exchange or refund service to the following cases:
-Order wrong products or put wrong addresses
-Choose wrong option(prescription) by customer’s decision
So if above cases, customer should bear the return shipping fee.
To prevent such errors, COLORCL send confirmation email to email address that customer put in billing details when order is placed.
So please check the confirmation email after you place your order.
If exchange and return due to simple remorse, customer should bear the return shipping fee and COLORCL will bear resend shipping fee for customer.
If customer want exchange for the products that is not opened the blister, customer should safely repackage the items and send to COLORCL.
Exchange will be processed after it’s return. COLORCL do not give refund before the package return.

5. Shipping Policy

COLORCL offer 3 shipping method, Standard(post office), Express(post office) and DHL express. (vary by country)

• Standard shipping(post office)
If standard shipping, post office do not hand the package person to person and put the package in customer’s PO Box.
If shipping by post office, COLORCL do not give accurate delivery date to customer.
Please note that standard shipping could be quite slow in your country.
(Delivery take about 7~40 days after ship out.)
PICK UP DATE : Every working day at 5 pm

• EMS express (post office)
If EMS express shipping, post office hand the package person to person.
If shipping by post office, COLORCL do not give accurate delivery date to customer.
(Delivery take about 3~14 days after ship out.)
PICK UP DATE : Every working day at 5 pm

• DHL express (DHL)
If DHL express shipping, post office hand the package person to person.
DHL express take 3~5 working days to deliver after ship out. (Please check below pick up date.)
DHL will send message to let you know the delivery date to your phone number that you wrote when order.
(In case of address and phone number is incorrect, COLORCL do not responsible for the delay.)

PICK UP DATE : Tuesday ~ Thursday at 1 pm / Friday at 4 pm

We ship from our warehouse in South Korea. From Monday to Friday, preparation time is maximum 48 hours except holiday.
Please note this can take longer during our sale periods and if an item you ordered is out of stock order processing times may be delayed. Orders are processed Monday – Friday from 9am – 6.00pm GMT+9 (Korea Time). Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday GMT+9 (Korea Time) will be processed Monday GMT+9 (Korea Time).
