1. What you need to know before Ordering
* All import taxes and duties are billed to the recipient of each shipment.
* The delivery period shown on the checkout page is based on the time of shipment, so it may take one to two days longer than the period seen on the checkout page.

 

2. Frequent Order Mistakes
* Prescription
- For lenses, non-prescription (-0.00) is the default option, but if it's out of stock, the next power (for example, -0.50 or -1.00) are selected as the default.
- Plus(+) and Minus(-) power are not the same. Minus(-) power and non-prescription(-0.00) are currently available in COLORCL.
- COLORCL does not sell toric lenses for astigmatism. Customers with astigmatism will have a CYL value in their prescription, which is not the same as the SPH value that COLORCL requires.
- Orders can be placed even if both eyes have different power. Please check here.

* Address
- Insufficient address is the cause of lost parcels or failed delivery. If the address is not a single house, please be sure to specify the full address.
- Wrong zip code will make your package delivered to the other city/states because carrier company categorizes the parcels first by zip code.
- Redirect an order to another address is not available after Tracking number is created. Shipping address must be provided accurately by the customer.

* Checkout
- Only one coupon code can be applied for an order.
- Free Shipping is provided based on the amount after discount.
- When the discount is closed, the product in the cart also ends the discount.

* Multiple Orders
- Placing multiple orders can delay the ship out. If you have placed multiple orders, please email us confirming that you placed multiple orders.

3. About Shipping
- Checking the shipping date is available at the checkout page when selecting the shipping method. Please be sure to consider the maximum delivery date especially Standard shipping.
- Address change or redirect an order is not possible after Tracking number is updated.
- All orders are shipped out from our warehouse in South Korea.

3-1. If Select DHL Express Shipping,
DHL will call or text before delivery. Customer should select one of the several shipping options provided by DHL to receive parcels.
If selection is not made before delivery, DHL may deliver the package to your front door without permission.
Please be sure to check your spams if you don't receive the text message from DHL within 3 days from receiving tracking number.
** DHL doesn't ship to mailbox. Please provide the address that someone can get the package to prevent missing.

- Orders placed before UTC+01:00 daily are shipped on the same day.


3-2. If Select ACI Shipping ,
Please consider the maximum delivery date. It is not possible to change the receiving address after ship out.

- Orders will be shipped out on Monday and Thursday.
Orders placed before UTC+01:00 on Monday and Thursday are shipped on the same day.


3-3. If Select Lotte Shipping,
Please consider the maximum delivery date. It is not possible to change the receiving address after ship out.

3-4. If Select Fedex,
Please consider the maximum delivery date. It is not possible to change the receiving address after ship out.
