For EUROPE customers, by clicking Agree with Terms & Conditions box, you agree that all customs fees and taxes (including VAT) are the responsibility of the buyer and NOT ColorCL. ColorCL will not pay the customs fees and refunds will not be possible.

Customs fees and taxes are levied on the recipient after the parcel arrives in the recipient's country, otherwise the parcel cannot be delivered without payment.
If the package is returned due to non-payment of customs duties and taxes, COLORCL will refund only the remaining amount excluding the shipping cost.
