DHL Shipments to the U.S.: Duties Paid by Sender

Due to recent changes in U.S. customs policy, the duty-free threshold has been removed, and starting August 29, U.S. Customs is imposing import duties on all shipments, along with additional customs processing fees.

Since the U.S. Customs system is not yet fully prepared for consignees to pay duties directly, this process may cause shipping delays. To ensure smoother deliveries, COLORCL will apply the Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) system, where the shipper pays the duties on behalf of the customer for our customer's convenience.

As a result, shipping rates have been adjusted accordingly.
However, please note that our Free Shipping promotion for U.S. orders over $100 is still ongoing.

Thank you for your understanding.
